These booklet spreads were created to introduce a new development and innovation center in San Francisco’s historic South of Market neighborhood. I worked below CD Matthew Connolly to bring his vision and the brand story to vivid life as rapidly and vibrantly as the transformation of the space itself. The mixed-media collage features photography Matthew and I captured of SOMA views and residents, as well as physical representations of the neighborhood from its Gold Rush beginnings to decades of activism, social evolution and art. Not just a mixed-use development, this campus is a conduit for chaos and human connection; the heart of a community, electrically charged with ideas and authenticity.
